1. V.M. Singh has preferred this appeal against the judgment and order dated 11.12.1996 of Allahabad High Court in civil misc. writ petition no. 36889 of 1986. The appellant V.M. Singh was not a party to the writ petition. We have set aside the impugned judgment and order dated 11.12.1996 of the High Court in civil appeals nos. 460 and 461 of 1997. Therefore, no separate order is required to be passed in the present appeal.
2. The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
