JUDGEMENT:
ORDER
1. The present application for review or modification as styled, is not an appropriate application for the reliefs claimed in the petition. We are unable to entertain the petition and accordingly reject it. If so advised, the petitioner may move the High Court under Article 226 of the Constitution by a separate application in regard to his alleged solitary confinement and his request for books, medical aid, radio and religious workship.
