JUDGEMENT:
JUDGEMENT:
Upon payment of costs of `1000/- with the Uttarakhand State Legal Services Authority, we permit the petitioner to take fresh steps for effecting service upon
respondent No.5. The steps for effecting service shall be at the option of the petitioner by registered post and personal service through the District Court or either of them, but the Registry is directed only to list the writ petition when it is satisfied that respondent No.5 has been personally served.
In addition to above, permission is granted to effect service by Dast.
