JUDGEMENT:
ORDER
1. We direct that the demand draft for Rs. 1,10,000/- drawn on the Bank of India, Delhi Branch has been handed over in Court today by counsel for the Respondent to the counsel for the Petitioner. We further direct that a further sum of Rs.5,000/- should also be paid by way of compensation for the delay in making the payment of Rs. 1,10,000/- and this payment should be made within a period of two weeks from today. List this matter on 10th February, 1987 for further orders on which date the counsel for the respondents shall produce a demand draft for Rs.5,000/- in compliance with this order.
