It has been brought to our notice that in paragraph 22 of the Judgment delivered on 14th March, 2014 in Civil Appeal No.3867 of 2014 [Arising out of Special Leave Petition (Civil) No.27916 of 2009], the sentence ‘The judgment of the Trial Court is confirmed on Issue No.III also.’ needs to be deleted.
2. We order accordingly.
