Order for the re-absorption of workmen up
Held:
Petitioner to pay 1/4th of the arrears of wages – Recovery of balance of wages stayed.

JUDGEMENT:
O R D E R
We are not inclined to grant a stay of the order for re-absorption of the 21 workmen. If any workman had attained the age of superannuation, there is no question of re-employment. As regards prayer for grant of stay of the direction for payment of arrears of wages, we direct that 1/4th of the arrears shall be paid by the petitioner within 3 months from today. Subject to this condition there shall be stay of the recovery of the bal-ance. Application for revocation of leave shall be posted with the appeal in the month of November, 1987.
