The issue raised in this appeal pertains to disputes on partition. The learned counsel for the parties submit that during the pendency of the matter before this Court, the disputes have been settled out of the Court amicably. Thanks to the cooperation extended by the parties and the learned counsel appearing for the parties, it is heartening to note that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. The Memorandum of Compromise has been signed by the parties /legal representatives and the same has been produced in I.A.No.6 of 2016 in SLP (C) No. 30966/2009 which has been converted to an appeal.
The appeal is disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Compromise dated 27.04.2016 which will form part of the decree. No costs.
