JUDGEMENT:
ORDER
1. Shri K.K. Venugopal, learned counsel appearing for the respondents states before us that in view of the counter-affidavit filed on behalf of the State Government of Tamil Nadu in the contempt proceedings, the respondents who feel aggrieved by the re-fixation of the procurement price of the paddy for the year 1981-82 as fixed by the State Government on November 20, 1986, shall move the High Court by way of a petition under Art.226 of the Constitution for grant of appropriate relief.
2. In view of this, the appeals have become infructuous and are disposed of accordingly. No costs. Contempt petition is dismissed as not pressed.
