In view of the statements made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Union of India the deponent of which Mr. S.P. Verma, Under Secretary to the Government of India, we direct the Union of India to take steps to regularise the services of the petitioners within three months from today. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
