1. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, we are of the opinion that the interim order made so far be modified to the extent that the goods will continue to be where they are, but the petitioners will be at liberty to clear the goods on payment of the duties and other dues which have not yet been cleared. After the completion of clearances the goods will not be sold and the goods will not be used further. In respect of the goods cleared before and the goods cleared hereafter, the proceedings for adjudication in accordance with law may commence and continue but no final order be passed until further orders of this Court.
