On the oral prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners, we add Dr. A.K. Sharma, Medical Officer, posted at Betalghat as respondent no. 4 to the writ petition and, at the same time, grant leave to the petitioners under Order 1 Rule 8 of the Code.
Let an advertisement be published, as to be settled by the Registry, within 15 days.
List after affidavit of service is filed.
Learned counsel for the State is directed to file counter affidavit before listing of the writ petition, as directed above. Until then, it shall be open to the petitioners to join their transferred posts without prejudice to their rights and contentions in the writ petition.
