Bail – Grant of bail subject to conditions that the accused shall report to named police station every day and not to leave the State of Maharashtra – Also accused not to tamper with evidence or influence the prosecution.
1. Leave granted.
2. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.
3. The appellant is ordered to be released on bail in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with two surities for the like amount and on the condition that the appellant shall remain out of the State of Maharashtra and will stay within the limits of Surat Municipal Corporation during the period he is released on bail. The appell-ant shall also report at Udna Police Station every day. The appellant shall also not make any attempt to tamper with the evidence or try to influence any prosecution witnesses. If the appellant wants to go to the State of Maharashtra for attending the trial, than he shall do so after obtaining permission from the Designated Court, Pune.
4. This appeal is disposed of accordingly.
