JUDGEMENT:
O R D E R
1. The Scheme No. 55 published under Notification No. 184/II/SPS/Scheme 55/56 in the M.P. Gazette dated 11.3.1966 under Section 68-D(3) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1939, which is in question is of the year 1966. We are told that no modification of the scheme has taken place since then. It is, therefore, appropriate to direct the state of M.P. and the State Transport Undertaking of Madhya Pradesh to review the Scheme and to modify it if necessary under section 68-E of the Motor Vehicles Act in the light of the present state of affairs and the needs of the travelling public within six months. The writ Petition is dispossed of.
