JUDGEMENT:
O R D E R
1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties we confirm the order passed by the Hon’ble the Vacation Judge dated May 25, 1987 subject to the modification that no hawker shall be carrying on the business within a radius of one mile from the main gates of Safdarjung and Ram Manohar Lohia Hospitals or any other Hospitals in Delhi.
2. Special leave petitions will be listed in due course.
