JUDGEMENT:
ORDER
Petitioner No. 1 is dead. We direct his name to be deleted from the cause title. The other prayer, to bring on record Shri Awadh Narayan Shukla in place of Shri Ram Prasad Yadav (deceased), is rejected as no mention of the C.M.P. was made at the hearing of the Special Leave Petition and there is no need for him to be brought on record as respondent No.2 Union sufficiently represents the interests of all the hutment dwellers on the lands of the Bombay Port Trus.
Petitioner No. 1 is dead. We direct his name to be deleted from the cause title.
