Madras high court vacation benches to judge cases on Dec 29
EmailCHENNAI: The Madras high court has made arrangements to hold vacation courts during the Christmas holidays which will begin on December 24 and end on January 3.
Vacation courts will be held in Chennai and Madurai on December 29.
Justice K Kalyanasundaram and Justice S Vaidyanathan will sit in the principal seat in Chennai as vacation judges.
Justice K Ravichandrababau and Justice G Chockalingam will be the vacation court judges at the Madurai bench of the Madras high court.
Applications of any urgent matter can be submitted along with the relevant documents to vacation officers before 1.30pm on December 28.
The registry at the principal and the Madurai bench will work from 10am to 4.45pm on all vacation days, except on December 29, when it will function from 10am to 5.45pm or till the rising of the court.
