Special leave granted. Appeals is heard W. are of the view that the HIgh Court was in error in quashing the charge memo dated 21-2-1987 served on the respondent M.Muralidharan. The order of the High Court is set aside. The disciplinary authority appointed for holding enquiry into the case shall proceed with the enquiry in accordance with law. The appeal in accordingly allowed. No costs.
